Customer Care Department
The customer care department consists of data entry and customer service representatives. All personnel are trained to use various programs that better assist the data entry of orders and most questions pertaining to surveying. They are responsible for expediting files that have been placed on hold, expediting the title policy with the title company, and handling confirmations and communication with departments in reference to the status of each order being processed. Our data entry and customer service professionals are our open communication line between our clients and our company.
Our customer care representatives will keep you notified of any pertinent information regarding your survey. We offer customized survey order forms for your convenience, as well as a email confirmation that the order was received. Additionally, Precise Land Surveying, Inc. offers educational presentations and seminars to help our clients better understand the surveying process.
Research Department
Our research department employees are trained to identify the correct flood information and to indicate the correct legal description on the plats to be surveyed. We have the county plats and flood panels in house for instant review. If the information is not in our office, we have researchers that commute to the county courthouses. These employees are dedicated to teh search of the plat and flood information for every order.
Technology Field Crews
The field crews are equipped with the latest in total stations, GPS, robotics and data collection equipment as well as mobile phones, modems and fax machiens to get the survey back to the technical department as quickly as possible. The C.A.D department is totally automated to produce a quality and accurate drawing.
